Meet Kim, a passionate advocate for behavioral and mental health. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Behavioral and Mental Health, Kim embarked on a journey to understand the intricacies of human behavior.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and impact, Kim pursued a Master's degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, where she graduated with distinction, showcasing her dedication and academic process.

With many years of hands-on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Kim has honed her skills and expertise, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Currently, she serves as the Program Coordinator for aspiring student analysts, guiding them on their journey to becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Significant challenges were faced on her journey to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, including failing the BCBA exam twice before finally passing on her third attempt. Throughout this arduous process, her faith in God was her anchor. After each failure, through prayer and fasting, seeking Him diligently, and trusting in His plan and guidance, she became a BCBA. It was His unwavering support and keeping power that sustained her through the disappointments and ultimately led to her success. By relying on her faith and God's strength, she was able to overcome these obstacles and achieve such a goal!

Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a daughter, sister, niece, cousin, granddaughter, aunt, friend, and proud dog mom, finding joy and companionship in her furry friend, Diva. As a firm believer in Christ, Kim draws strength and guidance from her faith, shaping her values and actions in both her personal and professional life.

Known for her nurturing nature and unwavering support, Kim embodies the role of a mentor, guiding others with empathy and wisdom, and leaving a positive impact on all those she encounters!
